coffee4dev Get early access

The booking is the easy part.

Your WordPress site takes the reservation. Then the real day starts: rooms to turn over, guests arriving at three, a transfer to confirm, a tour that needs a headcount. We're building plugins for that part.

What happens after the booking

Booking plugins stop at the confirmation email. Most small properties run the rest on paper, spreadsheets and chat groups. These are the areas we're researching first.

Housekeeping

A room board that updates itself from checkouts and arrivals. Staff mark rooms clean from their phone, and the front desk sees it at once.

Arrivals and front desk

One screen for today: who arrives when, who still owes a balance, which requests need preparing before they walk in.

Tours and departures

Headcounts per departure, pickup lists, guide assignments and the message that goes out the evening before.

Guest messages

Pre-arrival details, check-in instructions and a review request after checkout, sent at the right time without copy and paste.

Keep the booking plugin you already use

We don't want you to rebuild your site. The plan is to sit alongside the booking plugin you run today and read its reservations. Tell us which one you use so we connect to it first.
