coffee4dev is a small studio that builds WordPress plugins. This page explains what coffee4dev.com collects, why, and how to have it removed. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Early access forms
Some plugin pages, such as Hotel & Tour Ops, have an early access form. When you join one we store:
- your email address
- which plugin you signed up for
- your answers: what you run, its size, the booking plugin you use and anything you write in the free-text box
- the country your request came from, as reported by our hosting provider
- the date you signed up
We use this to invite you to that plugin's beta, to decide which features and integrations to build first, and occasionally to ask you a follow-up question about your answers. We don't sell or share it, and we don't add you to a newsletter.
The contact form
When you send us a message through the contact page we store your name (if you give it), your email address, the topic, your message and the country your request came from. We also forward it to our team inbox so we can reply. We use it only to answer you, and delete it 12 months after the conversation ends.
Analytics
If you choose "Allow analytics", we load Google Analytics to count visits and see which parts of the page are useful. It sets cookies and sends usage data to Google. If you choose "Decline", or make no choice, Google Analytics isn't loaded. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.
We remember your choice in your browser's local storage. That entry stays on your device and isn't sent to us.
Where it's stored
The site and the early access list are hosted on Cloudflare. Analytics data, if you allow it, is processed by Google.
How long we keep it
We keep early access answers until the beta launches and for 12 months after, then delete them unless you've become a user. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
Your choices
Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with to see what we have about you, correct it, or delete it. We reply within 30 days.
