Discounts and bundle pricing

Updated 30 October 2026

All of these settings are on the Product Bundle tab of the main product. Discounts are worked out again in the cart from the products saved in the bundle, so what a customer pays always matches what you set here.

Percent or fixed amount

Discount Type has these choices:

Discount Type What the Discount number means
Global Use the type set for all bundles at C4D Manager › Bundle Products › Global. Percent unless you’ve changed it.
Percent A percentage off the bundle total. 15 takes 15% off.
Price A fixed amount off the bundle total, in your store currency. 20 takes 20 off.

A fixed discount is never more than the bundle total, so the price can’t go below zero.

Discounts that grow with each item

Enter several numbers separated by commas to reward customers who take more of the bundle:

5, 10, 15

The plugin counts how many bundle items the customer has ticked and uses that position in the list:

Items ticked Discount used
1 5
2 10
3 15
4 or more 15, the last number

The main product itself isn’t counted, only the items you added to the bundle. Write the rule in the bundle’s Description so customers know it, for example “Save 5% on one add-on, 10% on two, 15% on all three”.

Discount the add-ons, not the main product

By default the discount applies to the whole bundle, including the main product. Set Discount For Bundle Items Only to Yes to discount only the added items. The main product stays at its normal price.

This suits products where your margin is thin on the main item and better on accessories: sell the camera at full price and take 20% off the bag and memory card.

It only applies to the Percent type.

A fixed price for the whole bundle

Enter an amount in Bundle Price to sell the bundle for exactly that amount, whatever the items cost separately. “All three for 49” is easier to understand than a percentage.

When Bundle Price is set, the plugin ignores the item prices and the main product’s price, then applies any discount to that fixed price. Leave Discount empty if the bundle price is already the price you want.

Prices for one item in the bundle

Each product panel in the bundle has Regular Price and Sale Price fields that only apply inside the bundle. The product’s normal price elsewhere in the shop doesn’t change. Use it to include a free gift (set it to 0) or a token-price add-on.

Offers with a start and end date

Apply Date has two fields, From and To, in the format YYYY-MM-DD. The bundle only appears between those dates, which is handy for seasonal offers.

To add urgency, set Show Countdown Time to Yes and enter a Count Down Title such as “Offer ends in”. The countdown counts down to the To date, or runs for three days if no end date is set. The clock needs our free Woo Countdown Sale Product plugin.

Only use a countdown when the offer really ends. Customers notice when a “last chance” clock resets every visit.
